Request for information

A request for information can be used to ask for a document or information that the Emergency Response Centre already has. 

You will receive a reply within five business days from the day following the date of registering the request for information. If necessary, this term can be extended to 15 business days.

Request for explanation

If you would like to get, from the Emergency Response Centre, information the provision of which requires analysis of existing information or the gathering of additional information, this is deemed a request for explanation.

With a request for explanation, you can ask about legislation that regulates the activity of the Emergency Response Centre or the activities of the Emergency Response Centre, as well as about views of the establishment or practical information.

As stipulated in the Response to Memoranda and Requests for Explanations and Submission of Collective Addresses Act, you will receive a reply within 30 days.

Memorandum

You can use a memorandum to submit proposals to the Emergency Response Centre for improving their organisation of work, the servicing of emergency calls and the emergency response service in general.

You can also direct attention at the Emergency Response Centre to a specific issue or shortcoming in their work, or suggest how a problem can be solved.

As stipulated in the Response to Memoranda and Requests for Explanations and Submission of Collective Addresses Act, you will receive a reply to a memorandum within 30 days.
