We are waiting for volunteers!

Emergency Response Centre's state helpline 1247 calls volunteers to help! With us you can be the first helper, gain new experience and do a good deed.

We are looking for volunteers from all over Estonia: to the centres in East, West, North and South Estonia. As a volunteer, you will go through in-depth training, during which you will get to know the programmes necessary for the job, and you can also participate in various professional trainings.

If you feel you want to get out of your daily routine and do a good deed, you are open, empathetic and conscientious, let us know. As a volunteer, you must have a secondary education diploma and the ability to communicate in both Estonian and Russian. Other foreign languages will definitely come in handy.
